Kullan Edberg - is headed to NYU in the fall to study theatre. Her most recent credits include "The Odd Couple" at GHS and "Singin' In the Rain" (for which she won the Upstage Award for her role as Lina Lamont).  She also has appeared in "Pippin" and "The Sound of Music" at PCPH.

Cast List

FRED GRAHAM/PETRUCHIO: Dan Stockton - is a Putnam County native with many Playhouse appearances to his credit. He is a full time family man and a part time journalist (his column appears in the local Banner-Graphic), golfer, and biker. Dan is running for Congress is 2010.
LILLI VANESSI/KATHERINE: Jodi Green Wingler - is currently the Manager of Youth Services at the Danville Public Library, but is originally from Greencastle, grew up at PCP and last performed here in "Cinderella" (Fairy Godmother) in 2007. Professional theater credits include "South Pacific" (Nellie Forbush) and "Oklahoma!" (Ado Annie) at Myers Dinner Theatre, "Miracle on 34th Street" (Miss Adams) at the Scottish Rite Performing Arts Center, and two operas with the Indianapolis Opera, as well as soloist work in concerts.
LOIS LANE/BIANCA: Jessica Ann Kelley - is a graduate of DePauw University with a BA in Music Performance.  She currently resides on the south side of Indianapolis.  This is her third show at PCPH. She played the title role in our production of "Cinderella."
BILL CALHOUN/LUCENTIO: Kenneth Lee Buchanan - This is Kenny's second show at PCPH and his fifth appearance onstage. He will be a junior at Greencastle High School and plans to be onstage many more times.
FIRST GANGSTER: Scott Armitage - is a PCPH veteran who played Bill Calhoun in the 1983 version of the musical. Many years later, he is pleased to be playing the gangster in this version!
SECOND GANGSTER: Andrew Thomas Harrison  - is making his PCPH debut, but he has appeared in 10 other productions. He has worked with director Vickie Parker many times and credits her with improving his stage skills.  A recent graduate of Greencastle High School, Andy will be attending Purdue University this fall.
HATTIE: Meghan McClaine - is a recent graduate of Huntington University with a degree in Theatre Education. She has appeared in many shows at PCPH including "Suessical",
"Pippin", and "Fiddler on the Roof." She is happy to be "back home" at PCPH.
PAUL: Brad Sandy - is a member of the Board of Directors of PCPH. He most recently appeared as Don Lockwood in "Singin' in the Rain." He is also active in other area theatres.  Brad will be directing our season closing show "Arsenic and Old Lace."  He is married to choreographer LIta Sandy.
HARRISON HOWELL: Ric McFadden - has appeared in many PCPH productions.  He most recently directed "Singin' In the Rain."  A member of the board of directors at PCPH, Ric is the Director of Vocal Music at Cascade High School.
HARRY TREVOR/BAPTISTA: Dave Buttram - lives in Danville and has appeared at PCPH in "State Fair" and "Death by Chocolate." He is also a high school football referee.
GREMIO (FIRST SUITOR): Dylan Phillip Harrison - has appeared onstage five times, but he is making his PCPH debut in "Kiss Me Kate."  He is a junior at Greencastle High School.  Dylan works at Almost Home and also in the High School Bookstore during the summer.
HORTENSIO (SECOND SUITOR): TJ Tincher - has earned a B.S. in Theatre.  His favorite roles at PCPH have been Perchik in "Fiddler on the Roof" and Louis in "Pippin."  He is currently a member of Condiments on Request, an improv comedy group.
RALPH: Jack Randall Earles - is a member of the board of directors of PCPH.  He will direct the August musical "The Man of La Mancha." His shows at PCPH include "Singin' In the Rain", "The Fantasticks", and "The Sunshine Boys."  Last season he directed "All My Sons."  A member of the Actors Equity Candidate program, he also does work at the Phoenix Theatre in Indianapolis where he most recently directed "Loving Lucy" - a biographical play about Lucille Ball.
STAGE DOORMAN: Clarence Long - is making his PCPH debut with this show. He is retired and lives in Cloverdale.  He has enjoyed working on the show very much.

ENSEMBLE SINGERS AND DANCERS:
Lori Briones
- is a veteran of PCPH musicals.  She first appeared in "Love Is...." a musical revue in the late 1960's.  Her other musical credits include "42nd Street" and "West Side Story."
Bryan Schroeder - is a member of the Board of Directors of PCPH.  He does much work on the technical side of the theatre.  He is also the technical webmaster for our site.
Craig Armitage - has appeared in many PCPH productions including "Cheaper By the Dozen" and "The Music Man."
Ty Fauvergue - is making his second onstage appearance at PCPH. He is a recent graduate of Greencastle High School and plans to study psychology at IUK in the fall.
Tammy Hunter - is a Putnam County native.  She appeared last year in "Footloose" at PCPH. She has two sons and is the manager for Putnam Co. Head Start.
Alexander Clay Asbell - counts "Kiss Me Kate" as his 7th appearance on the PCPH stage.  He is a freshman at Greencastle High School and looks forward to being in this production.
Caroline Good - is a member of the PCPH Board of Directors.  She has been a director of the Youth Theatre Workshop for five seasons and has appeared in other PCPH productions:  "The Sound of Music", "All My Sons", and "The Importance of Being Earnest."  She teaches theatre courses and manages the costume shop at DePauw University.
Amelia Beck - is a student at Greencastle High School.  She plans to study music, art, or theatre when she attends college. This is her second production at PCPH.
Kaeli Gray - enjoys theatre and is having a great time in "Kiss Me Kate."  She writes music and is in an alternative band.  Kaeli is also interested in the technical side of theatre.
Katie Clark - is a home-schooled student from Danville. She plans on making theatre her vocation. She is making her PCPH debut in this show.
Alix Green - is a recent graduate of Greencastle High School. She will be attending IUPUI in the fall studying forensic science.  This is her 7th season at PCPH, her most recent role was in "Singin' In the Rain."
Rachel Clift - returned to Greencastle after almost a decade away. She is a former Indiana University student with a background in English Lit.  These days, she spends her time with her two small children performing bedtime stories. This is Rachel's PCPH debut!
Aaron Hunter - has appeared onstage six times, twice here at PCPH. He was last seen in "Footloose" at PCPH and "The Odd Couple" at Greencastle High School.
Sarah Dory - has appeared in many productions at PCPH.  She is also active in theatre on the high school level.  Sarah last appeared at PCPH in "Singin' In the Rain."
Cathy Stiles - is a recent transplant to Greencastle.  She currently spends her time at home with her small children.  She participates in community theatre whenever possible.  Cathy is making her PCPH debut in "Kiss Me Kate."
Debbie Gannaway - has been married for 28 years and has four children.  She works as a Budget Accountant for the Indiana Dept of Environmental Management.  This is her first time onstage since high school in 1975, and she is loving it!
Kay Lyn Wood - is making her PCPH debut in this production.  She has appeared in three productions elsewhere. Kay will be a junior at Greencastle High School.
Taylor Gannaway - will be a junior at Greencastle High School. She enjoys appearing in musicals and art.
